THINGS TO MAYBE ADD: - Sound and Music The game went down for maintenance, it should run smoother, as I revamped EVERY move in the game to a custom block. AND I updated the knockback script, combos are much more viable as they link into each other for real now! have fun! I will not work on this game any more, as it can't handle any more updates. This game pushed scratch to it's limits. At a whopping 6.9 (nice) MEGABYTES! It's a miracle I was able to even get it onto the scratch servers! And If I add any more characters- it'll be too laggy to handle without Turbo Warp, or full revamp of the character system to cut down on space. That was a lie I added dodging lmao use V and H You're probably here for the "New update" thingy or something, and you know I REALLY WANT to update the game more, but in development I made an error and didn't use clones, I used seperate sprites. Which made characters take up 2 times as much space as they should have, if someone is brave enough to revamp the ENTIRE game to be 1 sprite per character just with clones and controls are dependant on variables, send me the file and I'll give you credit, if the game gets enough support. I might do it myself, or straight up make a sequel. I love this game, and I want to work on it, but I put myself into a corner. Sorry :/ I keep just coming back to this project and adding hotfixes, fixed a minor animation error on scratch cat, nerded some moves that were BROKEN and I didn't even realized how busted they were lol. Added blank sprites to EVERY character and made them revert to it when deloaded so that it would hopefully help. (I don't know if it did or not.) The game seems to run faster, but I don't know anymore. I MADE EVERY CHARACTER LIKE 2X MORE FLUID LMAO FIXED A LOT OF BUGS AND BUFFED BASICALLY 1/4th OF ALL THE MOVES IN THE GAME AND MADE SHADE NOT WORTHLESS!!! I ALSO BUFFED DODGES AND ALSO ADDED ENTIRELY NEW (BUT COOLER) MOVES TO CHARACTERS TO BLAND MOVESETS LIKE SCRATCH CAT!!! HIS NAIR IS COOL NOW!!! ALSO DO NOT FEAR: ARMADA IS COMING BACK! AND HEAVILY ALTERED AS TO BE MORE MODERN! Moves I wanna fix (Not in any order) Scratch Cat Dtilt (It went from spammable to outclassed.) Scratch Cat Dspecial (I wanna rework it a bit!) Scratch Cat Ftilt (I wanna make it less... Infuriating.) - Dino Ftilt (It has always felt clunky. I want to remedy that.) Dino Upair (Copy paste of Uptilt, never used well. Dino Fair (A relatively good move, I just want to better it.) Dino Dspecial (I love this move, but its OP lmao) S&L Dtilt (Its just a boring move with not many uses.) S&L Fspecial (Its janky as hell, gonna reduce the jank.) S&L Up Special (gonna make it put you in regular fall.) S&L In general will get nicer moves, they feel weird. Armada Upair (I have always hated this move. It sucks.) Armada Nair (Outclassed by Fair at high level.) Armada Dspecial (gonna make it a charge move too.) Nano Dtilt (Useless move istg) Nano Ftilt (move is good, but not satisfying.) Nano Dspecial (Lets you fly with downair, but is useless.) Nano Fspecial (Cool and fun to use, but not very helpful.) Nano Nspecial (Gonna make it more satisfying.) Bob Ftilt (Dtilt is basically the same, gonna make cooler.) Bob Fair (Its SO GOOD it was supposed to be MID) Kaizul Dair (I HATE THIS MOVE ITS SO MID WAAAA) Kaizul Upair (Not fun, too powerful. Gonna make it cool.) God damn after playing shade I have so many better ideas and Shadow Dungeoneer got like 10000 updates so say bye bye to 100% of the moveset. I'm remaking him ground up someday. Winter break, maybe. Chef Jab (Move is good but could be more fluid.) Chef Nair (I have tried so hard to make this move good. I am just making a new one istg.) I'm honestly very happy with Stock Man. He is lowkey still busted but he is much more balanced than before. All his moves have their use. I guess I could extend the uptilt.
