Star Commander v1.7 (Updated 9/27/21) Space invader assets aren't mine. Got them online. Music is by 99lives music library. Click the green flag to start the program Hit the "L" key to start the game. Use arrow keys to move, and space bar to shoot. Shoot the aliens for a point, but if they hit your ship, you will lose points! After so many ships, the level will advance, and faster ships will come. 10 levels in all (but as of writing this, only level 2 has upgraded mobs) 10 percent chance for a power up. Hearts - Increase life by 1 Fire Rate - Increase fire rate by 1 Weapon - Weapon upgrade Currently 4 Weapons

Going to be adding more levels, weapons, and options. Arrow Keys to Move Space to Shoot Enemys spawn at random 10 levels total (more enemies per level) 10 percent chance to receive a power up Power ups increase bullet speed I am actively working on this project (9/27/21) so be sure to like my project page and check back frequently. Patch Notes v1.7 : Fixed bug where music would lower during level 2. Also changed assets for "fire rate", "weapon" and "health". They should be very obvious now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Patch Notes v1.6 : Added in a new weapon "Photon Cannon". Added in a second level of mobs. Laser Bullets and Laser Cannon. Both weapons dont do anything more than shoot faster and are a bit bigger. They have a 10 percent chance to spawn and if they do, they increase your bullet speed by 1. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Patch Notes v1.1 : Added in 9 levels (10 in total). - More enemies per level. Faster spawns per level. Added intro screen w/music. Fixed some enemy ships not de spawning on edge. Fixed enemy ship count going down even with ships spawning off screen. Only ships that spawn on screen will count for a spawn.
