ok; i dont know how you found this but whatever. so you may be curious what this project exactly is. but first let me introduce myself. i name is shawn as you probably know, and i am starting 8th this year. i've joined over a year ago and ive learned alot, played alot and coded alot. now you may also be wondering, (or maybe not.) what are there so many mistakes in the writing? well ill tell you why. cuz i literlly don't care. anyway this is just a message to anyone who comes across it. now you may have seen my bio, and it says that im not very active anymore. that ture, but i do check up on it once in a while. also, since the school year is coming, i'll be on my computer more now. anyway, i want to tell you about the comunity. i think that scratch is childish and should mature more. but who cares anyway? only a handful of the thousands of people on scratch will see this. ok anyway, i just don't like people saying XD. i have never heard anyone in school or anywhere else say XD. which has led me to belive that XD is outdated and scratch is the only thing keeping it alive at this point. now if you do come across my profile and this message, why not say hi (or mayybbeee drop a follow????) no im kidding you don't have to. ok now i will talk about the problems of scratch. 1. generic content. i hate generic things. here's why: your'e copying someone else in an attempt for fame. and somtimes it works. you gullible litte children gobble it up like soup. also i think of generic content as rip offs. you see, when a company invents something that the public enjoys, another company will try to recreate it and mass produce it and a reacurring phenoanom (idk how to spell it) is that the project is etheir worse or alsost like it. now some parts of this don't relate to generic projects. like mass producing it. anyway i hate the generic characthers like that cube with the eye in the middle, or platformers called grassland or somthing stupid. now, i will make an exeption for bigeneers making platformers. idc if they steal the code, idc if it generic. i belive that begineers should learn how to you know? get the feeling of it you know? 2. banning people who dont deserve to be banned. now this is something that confuses me. why would scratch care about disco? (using the code name so i dont get reported.) like if you just send a link to a person regarding disco, it just says you are sharing private info or something like that. now if i had a choice, i'll run this differntly. now idk what social link it is it can be anything. as long as it's child safe. and just saying, scratchers get banned (even famous ones) from this. it's stupid in my opinion but who cares anyway, im not the ceo of scratch. ok now i want to add ways to improve scratch. (not that the people who work at scratch will see this.) anyway, 1. adding a feature known as "friends" it's when you follow someone and they follow you back. and in the messages there will be a sections lableled friends. now this will comment on what things such as what studio they are active in or if you are famous and you want your friend's messages instead of some wierd guy who keeps on asking views then this would be the perfect tool. also, this will get mostly get rid of the who f4f thing because of the friend feature (hypothetically) 2. getting rid of the copy link thing. now you probably know why i think that this is a good idea. now, you may dissagree, but you're not famous. (or are you?) 100 followers is not famous. now, almost all advertising will stop and you won't get spammed everyday by a little kid making some stupid project expecting for you to see it. (talking to the famous people here) now, obviously people are going to disagree, but who care? it's their opinion and i have mine. 3. adding a pin comments feature. this feature would be SUPER useful because we can find comments we are supposed to find and not dig for it. 4. adding a block feature to scratch because if somebody is annoying or making you unconformable, the just block them. mad at your friends? block them. now im going to add more to this so stay tuned?
