Okay, I remixed this because it is very straightforward and true with what we have done to Earth. Like, it's our home yet look at how we are treating it. Illegal logging. Unsustainable farming. Pollution. Wasting resources. And in the wise words of my friend, "Trees are basically oxygen machines. They give us oxygen to breathe. And we aren't even paying them! They're so nice, and we must protect trees!" Imagine someone you have always been super nice to. (Not your close friends, that'll ruin it for you.) Now, imagine one day they suddenly start being in a huge jerk, embarrassing you, throwing their garbage at you to toss, hitting your pet, and so on. You don't know what's going on. You haven't done anything to them except be a helpful, kind person. Now, replace yourself with the Earth, and the other person with the majority of the human population. This is what Earth is going through if Earth could think. Earth hasn't done anything to humans except provide us with a home, resources to use, and entertainment. And what do we do? We vandalize it.
