it is the same as @Griffpatch but I added health and you can pass from one side of the screen to the other (like the original asteroids game) WASD to move space or click to shoot @Griffpatch for most of the code (I followed his tutorial)
thanks to @tacoman3208 for the health code yes I know I shared this a while ago but I was making major changes and did not know of the save as a copy feature so another more advanced game of this format is in the making
