(my original answers got deleted so i had to redo them)(thumbnail be hurting my eyes) hello, i've seen many people making a "answer questions" type of thing so i thought i'd try it out! remix this project, delete my answers, and answer the questions yourself! edit the costume so your character can be on it. ā----------------- 1. how are you? just wanted to tell you that you are beautiful, smart, amazing, and you deserve the world. im alright kinda unmotivated (eh im always like that lol) just kinda hangin' 2. what kind of art do you enjoy doing? anime, manga, anthros, cartoons etc. 3. what is you favorite medium? hmmm... pencils. that perfect 2B. i will seriously draw all day with just a pencil. and maybe autodesk or scratch idk. 4. who is your favorite artist? i have so many! @daesuki, my beloved senpai of course, Lpip, Hyanna Natsu, Lavendertowne (Haley Newsome on instagram) @Yunnie2005 (Mellowkun also on instagram) @-applepie- @CeeDaisypaw6 @lonely-niqht @GlossyCherry @firepaw_rusty @Chociily @-mintea- and oh gosh so many more yall 5. where do you get your inspiration? scratch, obviously and mainly, Pinterest every once in a while, YouTube (im so basic im dying) 6. what do you like to create? memes every once in a while 7. when have you started doing art? forever, but really started seriously about almost six years ago now 8. are you planning/doing art for a career? whoa, um, THATS AWKWARD, at one point i was sure i was going to move to Japan and be an internet superstar (i know i was way overconfident and immature especially in the state my art style is in lol) but not too long ago when my sense kicked in i was sure i was stretching it and for some time i gave up on art due to some rather harsh critique by family members (not pointing fingers at all) but lately ive kinda worked back into it. long story short, no clue man. im just doing it because i cant seem to get away from it, and, more seriously, i love it. 9. do you post art here? yuppo 10. are you interested in art history? nope, unless its some anime 80s thing, count me out 11. do you go to any classes for art? none at all, (well, kinda, but more for fun or relaxation, nothing serious) 12. list 5 of your inspirations. it can be anyone! (im pondering on whether i look creepy now hehe...) 13. do you ever get burnt out? if so, how do you deal with it? ohmygod i am constantly being burnt out, rlly every once in a while i have some creativity. Basically, to work through most of my lazy (every)days, i'll just doodle my head off or read a manga that motivates me to draw (or scroll through scratch until i see something and say " omg i could totally remix this") and then im back again (kind of) 14. what supplies do you use to draw? a) PENCILS!!! b) huion pad + pen for digital (that basic cheap one thats always on sale on amazon) (actually my pen's broken | JUDY DID IT BLAME HER 15. do you like painting? yeah 16. do you sell your artwork? nope 17. what do you like to listen to while you draw? jpop, random stuff i find on scratch looping 18. what's the hardest thing in art for you? originality 19. what skill are you learning/want to learn? hard stuff like gradients and perspective 20. do you put filters over your artwork? sometimes... maybe... 21. does you family support you and your art? hmmm... *shrug* 22. do you consider yourself as a beginner? yup 23. what is a rule you always go by when creating art? make it as original as possible 24. do you like drawing backgrounds? no, not really 25. can someone commission you? if so, put details! sorryyy no... (but who would want to?) 26. what is the most important part of art? (color, form, etc.) in my opinion? anything really goes for me, but weird proportions hurt my eyes (i'm really one to talk) 27. do you like to shade? basic shading, yes, but i usually over-criticize myself if it comes off too simple and i find it hard to work with gradients 28. if you were to give a young artist a piece of advice, what would it be? i still consider myself a beginner even though i've been doing this for years... um, but if you think copying is bad, then you're wrong. copy away. (don't post it without giving credit though). HEAVILY REFERENCE. It really helped me develop my style and others have agreed too. just don't get caught too deep in it, it's good to experiment until you find something you like. I'm still looking for things i like in others' styles to incorporate into mine. 29. as an artist, where do you see yourself in 2 years? STILL HERE OOF 30. last question! do you genuinely enjoy making art? yes!
