First click on shop to buy your shovel, then go to the mine and check out your workers, after that go back to your tycoon and but a dirt dropper then go back to shop and U do the rest :). - TV takes time to turn on so don't rush it - House is unlocked after buying stone dropper in tycoon. Have Fun!
