Get in-depth details about the audio around you and explore the world of tone more deeply. Here is how it works: Audinspect captures the audio around you and lets you inspect the tones it recorded. To start a new record, tap on the red button. Audinspect starts to capture all audio traffic around your microphone and visualizes it in the workspace. When the record reaches the end, it starts over and overwrites the old visualization. About the buttons in the bottom-left corner: - Magnifying Glass: zooms into the visualization for further inspections. Only affecting currently captured audio, marked by tinting the background purple. - Loop: toggles the restarting process of Audinspect. When deactivated, the recording stops after reaching the end instead of restarting. - Noise: adjusts the 2 grey bars in the audio inspector and labels any tone being higher than the bars as „noise“. You probably already noticed the cursor; when the mouse button is pressed, it tells you the captured audio detail.
I wish you much fun inspecting different tones around you. Thanks to Scratch for making projects like this one possible in 20 minutes.
