-EVERYTHING is drawn on Scratch Bitmap. -How does a DTA work? Someone draws designs, most of the time animals or people, and you can remix and draw/animate the character to enter. If you win, you can keep the design and use it however you want- or you can do what I do and just enter for the fun of it. :) In a rotating DTA, every once in a while, new designs are added.
