You should know what to do by now. Maine looks a bit blurry because I used a different art program, and then realized that scratch ruined the quality and I was to lazy to redraw her.
I'm going to start a web comic that I shall be posting on scratch, so I thought I would put out the character designs and see if you guys like them. Some of them will probably change since these are kinda like rough drafts. (I am defiantly changing Rhode Island) States of Panic is based off of the Anime Hetalia, and the web comic Scandinavia and the world. Instead of personified nations, it's personified states. My goal with this is not only to bring you laughs, but that you also learn something new. This comic will be mainly focusing on New England, but all fifty states, the territories, and others shall be appearing.
