update:: dont you love how i have 630+ and this has 16 views 1. first off, i am not leaving, i'm simply addressing lots of things that are happening to me, and !!! i am active on @dreamiistars !!! hello :) this is my first project in a few months lol- this rant is going to be addressing lots of different things, in sections. 01 my inactivity 02 reasons 03 account reflection (?) 04 where you can find me :) 01 in/activity i started school last week! i'm having an amazing time, and next year i start high school credits :) i dont have any classes with my best friends but i know lots of people in my classes, and i get to see my friends at lunch :) im also taking a theater class, which is great! so yeah- school :) however, this means i have homework. i leave for school at 8am, and i don't get home until 4pm. i have dinner at 6, which leaves 2 hours for homework (ig i could do it at like midnight lol), and that's if i don't do /anything else/. on top of all that, i was invited to join a 14U club volleyball team :) basically what i'm saying is, i simply don't have time for scratch. 02 reasons let's just get into it, scratch is different, at least for me. i've recently realized there are a lot of small kids out here who get hurt easily, or get jealous and don't know how to show it. that often ends up in hate or impersonation, both of which i've dealt with during my scratch time. i've also had my very fair share of kids taking inspiration from my work, be it projects or aesthetic sets. unfortunately, when i say inspiration, i mean heavy inspiration, sometimes to the point of simply copying my work without credit. now- i'm HAPPY to teach anyone who wants to learn how i make sets/art/thumbnails whatever! but taking things is not. ok. on @dreamiistars, almost weekly, i've had people actually comment on my aesthetic sets 'what's the name of this aesthetic', 'what do you call this aesthetic' or 'where did you get this picture' and sometimes just taking the pictures from the sets themselves. to anyone who does this or wonders how i get my sets- just ask on my profile, instead of trying to "subtly'' take the aesthetic for yourself! i promise, i'm happy to help <3 i'm going to keep making sets on dreamiistars because i like doing it! if you see anyone taking sets from me, please let me know <3 also actual projects! on this account, the one i've had for nearly a year, i don't have inspiration for projects. don't get me wrong, i would happily share covers or art or entries or anything! however- recently, nobody notices lol. i don't want to share something to have it go unnnoticed, or worse, just taken and reposted. statistically, every cover i've shared has done worse than my other projects. this makes me quite unmotivated to share my singing, which is sad because i absolutely love to sing. anyway- i simply stopped sharing projects here because they were going unnoticed. i also want to take a break just because of all the kids i mentioned earlier. as i gain more followers/recognition, more scratchers are finding me/my accounts and stealing stuff, or simply acting dumb in my comments. i want to take a break from this. 03 i guess that rant above was kind of my account reflection? anyway, i've had an AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY amazing time on this account. i'm not leaving it in a deletion/abandonment sense, but i have stopped sharing projects, at least for the time being. i've made so many friends and found new fandoms and that's so amazing. the reason i didn't go into the whole "scratch is toxic, don't say you care because i know you don't" speech, is because scratch is NOT toxic. some parts of it may be, but not the good people. there are quite a few genuine, wholesome, amazing people on here. and i know some of you care. even if you don't, i care about you. i hope you're having a good day :) 04 where to find me i don't have socials as i'm not 13 years old yet!
