I also used a glitch to make the game possible, but it is not apparent how to do that glitch. So you somehow got past level 1 and now you're stuck. Here's how to beat it: When you are against a wall, if you press into the wall and while still touching it, press the opposite direction, you will clip through the wall. A silly way to do the level I know but younger me didn't know how to code and just decided to make it part of the game.
