1. Students will populate the page with 4 sprites and divide the background into fourths so that each sprite has its own equal space. 2. Next, students will create a habitat and a digital story to correlate including at least one speech bubble (Looks: Say). 3. The students will write the story on a piece of paper or in their writing journal and you can choose whether you want them to type it out or just leave it on the paper. 4. When the project is complete, students will share it on their teacher’s studio page. EXTENSION For students who finish early, they should explore how to have their sprites have a conversation. This should include speech bubbles that appear and disappear at different times.
