Ahhhh tysm! I know I don’t post a lot…but- We still got here!
Hapi x Shu is one of my favorite ships. For the few people reading this who participated in my Lab RP, you are probably confused when I say that. Well. For a special occasion, here’s a special bit of backstory. — Shu was being possessed by a genetically engineered creature in the lab. He really had no control over his body, and even in the times when he did, he was still angry at Hapi for getting them dragged into this. Once Hapi managed to sever the ties between Shu and the creature, Shu almost lost his mind. He had a bit of power left from being possessed, so he cursed Hapi. Hapi became two faced. During the day, he was his usual happy self, but during the night, he donned a mask. A mask of terror, meant to warn people that he was emotionless and m*rd*erous. This curse lasted a very long time. Months, even. Until one night, when Shu was in his locked cage. Hapi came into the room. Hapi the monster. Shu was terrified. His own ‘creation’ was coming after him. As Hapi pulled out his kn!fe, Shu reacted quickly, reaching for a g*n off the ground behind his cage, having hid it there a while ago. He sh0t Hapi, filled with regret. As Hapi bent over, clutching his wound, the mask fell off and he saw Shu’s face, covered in guilt. It broke the curse instantly. Had Shu not learned how to unlock the cages, Hapi might’ve died. Shu acted just as quickly as he did when he sh0t Hapi, stopping the bleeding with his paws and wrapping the hole with a bandage on a table in the room. He locked the door to the room so the scientists wouldn’t come in and take Hapi away. Hapi healed roughly, as the wound kept getting infected. Shu still refused to let the scientists in. Finally, the bullet hole scarred up and Hapi was okay- for a little bit. They lived happily ever after Naaaaah their troubles aren’t over yet. Not for a looooooong time. (But seriously they care for each other, Hapi is the only one to actually admit it. Shu just pretends like nothing happened)
