I made a free pen pixel art tool! Just download the sprite called "Pen" (don't forget to delete the code under the block "when the green flag is clicked".) When you have it, import it to Scratch. For creating pixel art you just need to get one of the already existing define blocks, fill in the inputs, add it to a script, and there you have it!
