I am a Windows Insider. I was a bit too eager to try out Windows 11, so I spent at least 1 HOUR waiting for the Insider's Preview of Windows 11 to work it's way into my computer. How DO you become a Windows Insider? 1. Open Settings on your Windows computer. 2. Go to the category "Updates and Security", then go to the sub-category "Windows Insider Program". 3. Sign up for the Windows Insider Program: that means registering your Microsoft account, reading the terms of use, and stuff. 4. The beta channel is recommended for starters. Select that after registering. 5. Then, sit back and relax until the next exciting big update comes along for you to try and give feedback on. What does being a Windows Insider MEAN? Being a Windows Insider allows you to try out big updates for Windows 10, or in my case, getting big upgrades like Windows 11, before they actually come out. Windows Insiders get to give feedback on those certain updates/upgrades so accidents like Windows 8 don't happen again(joke). How to get previews for updates/upgrades(for Windows Insiders): 1.
