Lol this is old but I'll share it anyway It was originally gonna be shared publicly with SIMG but for some reason I just never did Also SIMG members, what kind of games do you guys wanna work on? Maybe we can compromise and stuff before settling on something that we all think would be fun! Old Description: Welcome to the game idea for Sweet Defenders, a sweet themed tower defense game! Below is a list of things included so far. I made a few towers based on what you guys said were your favorite candies Mint Choco Plains (Map) Basic Features And Mechanics Some Of The Levels For The Towers More The levels for all the towers here aren't done yet, so there's a couple of bugs and placeholder and incomplete stuff Here's a quick description of each tower so far: Jump-Mallow - Thumps out a shockwave every now and then that deals moderate damage. Great for crowd control, not the best for gaining sugar quickly. The higher the level, the more damage and the larger the shockwave he creates. Cotton Candy - Produces sugar cubes. Sugar amount and production time is proportional to her level. Gumdroppers - Creates a sticky gumdrop puddle every now and then in four directions. These puddles halve the enemies' speed. Higher levels create larger puddles much more often. Useful against quick enemies and when they're used alongside with slow or melee towers. Candy Magnet - Collects all sugar cubes on screen for a while before expiring. Recommended for if you're setting up a large Cotton Candy farm. Unable to level up. Jelly-Beam - After a while of collecting energy, fires a devastating laser beam that pierces through all enemies and deals high damage. Levelling up increases laser beam size, damage, range, and fire rate. Fruit Gusher - Fires basic projectiles that move slowly and deals medium damage. Horrible against quick and/or small enemies as he can miss and enemies can travel out of his range quickly. Upgrading his level increases projectile damage, range, and fire rate. Heat See-Cake - Fires a quick and high damage homing projectile, at a low fire rate, that can pierce enemies until it reaches the enemy closest to the right side. Upgrading increases fire rate. Butterscotch Butterfly - Summons candy butterflies which initially deal low damage that attack enemies in range. Loses health when attacking and disappears when health is depleted. The more butterflies active in combat, the higher the damage dealt for all butterflies. Summon time, damage, range, and health is proportional to level. Milky Way - Summons milk comets capable of massive amounts of damage that orbit around him. These comets explode upon contact with an enemy or sugar cube dropped by an enemy. Upgrading him increases damage, AOE, and decreases summoning time. Horrible for gaining tons of sugar. Light Chocolate - Creates a healing fog every now and then that increases the maximum health for summons and heals them. Upgrading increases fire rate, fog size, and maximum health and healing. Peanut Butter Cup - Applies "allergy mark" to random enemies. Allergy mark is a debuff that increases all damage dealt from all sources by +10%. Allergy mark lasts up to 20 seconds and stacks up to 10. Upgrading increases fire rate. PLANNED Cook-ie - Creates sugar cubes proportional to the amount of damage you do. Higher damage equals more sugar. Upgrade to decrease amount of damage required for sugar production. Ice Scream - Launches a horrifying shriek at the enemy. This attack freezes the enemy in fear for a short time and deals a small amount of damage. Amount of time frozen and fire rate is based on level.
