The aliens have defeated you and took your Vector and are taking you to prison, or to be executed, but then they decided to give you a deal; you can either rot away in the prison or entertain the new inhabitants with 10 great battles in The Arena that may not really kill you. If you are victorious, you may have you Vector and your freedom.
