Draws some funky-looking patterns by using dashed lines bouncing along diagonal paths inside a box. (Secretly related to modular arithmetic, prime factorization and probably other things too.) Turn on Turbo Mode for instant drawing! Controls: - Press Space or the Flag to draw. - Click/Tap anywhere to show or hide parameters. - Use the sliders or press the pencil icon on the right to manually set a parameter. - Press R to randomize Width and Height according to the selected Scale (slightly optimized for better results). - Change the style with the colored square underneath. - Toggle dark mode with the moon/sun next to it. Additional Notes: - One length being a multiple of the other is very bad. - A difference of 1, 2, or of a divisor of either length is usually pretty uninteresting. - Two prime dimensions are often great for complex patterns. - Perhaps they just need to be coprime, but maybe something else is at play. - I don't know why the complex patterns are so close to but not perfectly periodic. - They do appear to be scaled-up versions of the smaller, more elementary patterns. - If you have additional insight, please let me know...
