This particular breed may look mighty familiar to Jurassic Park watchers, but it is NOT a Velociraptor. This is a Deinonychus (Name means "Terrible Claw"), a member of the raptor family! Please note: This version of Deinonychus, like most of my first dinosaurs I will draw, may not be COMPLETLY scientifically accurate. The actual deinonychus had feathers, like other raptors. I have not quite learned how to draw feathers, so if any of you have good suggestions, please let me know!

My personal favorites to draw are raptors and other small carnivores, but don't let my abilities hinder your dreams! GIMME THOSE STEGOSAURS! (I'll probably not draw them well, and this is a joke.
