During the Fusion Day tournament, Okara & Akarot's Potara Fusion ran out during the Semi-Finals. As everyone started booing, some hooded figure shouted "Fusion Dance!" and ducked under the crowd. Akarot remembered that they could use the Fusion Dance. Okara asked what that was and Akarot told him it was another way to fuse. After Okara perfected the Fusion Dance on his first try, they became one. They chose the fusion name, "Okarrot", and beat the crap out of their opponent. They went on to win the entire tournament. About a month after the tournament, Akarot and Okara did the fusion dance again, went to Kami's Lookout and entered the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. They spent six days in the chamber, two different days as a fusion and the four days individually. They were trying to become stronger than they ever were in the fusion. But they then decided to focus on speed. After some intense speed training in the Chamber, they became known as the fastest thing in the Multiverse.
