Its an OS runs on Virtual HDD... This OS is an prototype mechanism to how the Virtual HDD works...
This was created based upon on WIndows 98 in a separated file from Sheeptester github! But they are built different to each other. It's a one to one recreation from Holy Unblocker emulator called "VibeOS". This OS runs really slow due to FPS cap at 30 I mean you can turn on Turbo mode too. BTW this runs on virtual HDD which is made already in my windows 98 in Sheeptester github.
