OPEN THE NOOOOTE. (This is a crucial part of the procedure!) Then go to the scene with the cabinet and open the drawer. Click on the phone and enter the time into the safe. The safe will then open and you will get a bluberkey XD Click on the door once you have the bluberkey and BOOM! You're done!
