He has all of the power, it's usless.
Context: This takes place in his head. the guy chained on the wall is spoodertable, and the evil face was someone who is corrupting his mind. The bots falling down was Spoodertable's deepest fear, as he had an army of bots in a spaceship, and the ship was sliced opened and spilled the bots onto a planet full of people. The wings and halo behind him are smeared on the wall(spoodertable's power source... juice) is to mock him because he is supposed to be a protector and his own creations killed billions.
