(Click or space to proceed through the images) ha- so I was reading some of the scythe series, specifically the last book, the toll and these are some of the pages I read- beautiful- for context, Jeri was born on a charter region (a region that the Ai government called the thunderhead decided to change up a little to see if it changed living standards or not) of Madagascar, literally trans island lol, where you are born genderless and can choose your gender, whether it stays or changes. But Jeri is legit gender fluid- dannnggggg- representation matters just took a huge step since now it’s not just the normal trans or cis- also they’re also polysexual which means they like all genders- again. daaannnggggg This was quite unexpected in a sci-fi book but a welcome surprise it is.
