Is Yuri (old name Yurei) in her powerful ghostly form :P I honestly just wanted to draw her being a psycho as always cuz its fun to draw crazy/evil characters refresh on her backstory: so basically she was a girl in 7th grade who was 12 years old and was bullied by a lotta girls so she got chased to the school swimming pool by her bullies and pushed in, (side note, she cant swim) and so she drowns and is stuck as a ghost because for some reason she cant reincarnate (AAAAA so explanation, in my storyline when people die two things happen, either they get to choose if they wanna live out the rest of their days as a ghost, which is forever. Or if they wanna reincarnate as another human, or restart life. SOMETIMES THOUGH a malfunction happens and they are forced to be stuck as a ghost forever. If they were TERRIBLE in their past life though they get sent to the underworld which is were Lillin and Seth are from). So years later, shes still 12 and depressed because she cant touch, taste, or smell, and decides to hide away in her little dream world in the back of her mind and create two sides of her, a good side and a bad side (Moral or good, and immoral or evil). And thats how Good Yuri and Evil Yuri were created.
