~~October Poems~~ Hey! Here are several October Poems written by me for the first day of October! Enjoy! :) ======================================== Leaves in the Breeze Leaves swirled in the breeze, Evergreen fading And oranges, reds, yellows, blooming. Veins gleaming in the whirling winds, Enchantingly. Season leaves swirled in the breeze. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pumpkin Pie Pumpkin pie Sprinkled with cinnamon. Crust molded with love and excitement. Special day. Special place. Just one thing needed. A little spice, A little care, A little effort to try, To form the perfect, Fall terrific, Pumpkin Pie. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At the Fall Festival At the fall festival, you hardly know where to look. Pumpkins-- ghosts-- bright blue smurfs. Everyone darting around. At the fall festival, you want to eat the delicious snacks. Caramel apples-- pumpkin pie-- apple pie. So many sweets to stuff your face. And that's why you mark that one day, October 14th. So you can get a costume, Get ready to be drenched in fall. And go to the fall festival, to celebrate fall for all. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Fall Things Fall things. Funny things. Warm things. Chilly things. Scary things. Loving things. Fall things. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Press space to hear me read two of my favorite poems! 1st. Fall Leaves by Sue 2nd. The Red Wheelbarrow by William Carlos Williams ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~I'll add some more poems as fall goes on, so check~~ ~~back soon!~~
