Hey! So, this is my Halloween costume! I've been planning it since before last Halloween, and have been making it since the start of the year - I really like Halloween! But, anyways, the costume is of Prince Prospero, from Edgar Allan Poe's short story "The Masque of the Red Death". Prospero is the main villain of the story, but, in the way it is presented, he is the protagonist as well. In the tale, Prospero, during the height of an epidemic of "The Red Death", a disease that I won't elaborate on, holds a massive masquerade in his fortified castle, whilst the rest of the world falls to illness. I won't spoil the ending - it is a very good read, and I strongly recommend it!
Thanks to Edgar Allan Poe for the character of Prince Prospero! I made this costume entirely by myself! (Well, I didn't make the clothes, but I assembled it from random items I bought.) Happy Halloween!
