Hi! sorry for being so inactive... ✼ ❆ ❄ ❅ ❋ ✻ umm, I started this a while ago since I kept running out of ideas (or starting ideas, and getting 90% done and deciding, "Eh, I have no motivation to finish this, it's old and awful anyway".) So yeah, I decided to make an animation meme. (And finish it. xD) This is one of my Wings of Fire OCs, Snowdrop! She is a IceWing-RainWing hybrid animus. (SMALL WOF SPOILER WARNING ABOUT ANIMUS MAGIC. THE REST IS MADE UP BY ME, IT'S NOT ACTUALLY FROM WOF) Her backstory is about a thousand years after where the lost continent prophecy left off. At that time, since Jerboa had removed all animus's power, animus magic had slowly been forgotten. But Jerboa's one mistake had been removing animus magic from all current animuses, including herself. The one thing she did not say though, was to remove any animus blood, just from the dragons that had it. She realized her mistake a while after, but since she had removed her own power too, there was nothing she could do about it. Small bits of animus blood had been passed on for a long time. By the time Snowdrop came along, it had completely been forgotten. It takes Snowdrop a while to discover it, and when she first does, she only finds it as an nice convenience, and uses it casually all the time. Of course, no one around at that time knew about the dangers of animus magic, or what it even was. What about all those animus touched objects, though? Snowdrop lived in the Ice Palace, where there were tons of animus artifacts. Around 800 years before Snowdrop's time, the tribes had decided together that they should bring together all the animus objects, hide them, and forget all about them, after a power hungry dragon had went around collected them, and having almost as much power as a real animus. I'll tell more about her backstory later, but I'll say that she doesn't lose her soul with her magic, she just gets entitled to do whatever she wants, and... bad things happen. Snowdrop's other abilities: Like all the other IceWings, she has frostbreath, though she can not spit RainWing venom. She can't really camouflage or control her scales, and her light purple/blue scales always stay the same color. Though very annoyingly (in her opinion), her colorful scales and neckfins change color, whether she likes it or not, to her mood. Also, just to clarify, the name Snowdrop isn't really like her at all. Her parents, one of who went missing a long time ago, named her that, being an IceWing-RainWing. (A snowdrop is a type of flower, and it blooms at the end of winter, so I thought it'd kinda fit her right after I drew her) And also to clarify, when I made this, this song, from a video game called Miitopia, had been super stuck in my head, and I decided to use it for this and get it even more stuck in my head. Technically, it's called, "The darkest lord's left hand - boss fight", but, who makes a meme talking about a left hand? xD So yes, I kind of shortened that. And I can't change the name of song too much, even though I'm not sure how much it fits this... but eh, whatever All code and art (made on procreate) by me, and same thing with the oc. The species are from Wings of Fire, though. The music is from Miitopia
