If the #1 project is still in 1st place, all of the new prize givers will follow them! But let's say next week someone else becomes #1. The previous #1 will no longer receive prizes, and the new #1 will receive the prizes for that week. What if one project is winning for over a month? Well, a month, the entry expires, and a new one will take 1st place!
