- reduce social media, its one of the main cause of anxiety and negativity in ur appearance - work out daily if u need to, listen to ur body and take rest days - eat clean food, a range of different things. some carbs, some fruits and veggies, a bit of dairy, a bit of protein etc - meditate daily so u can be more self aware - reduce negative emotions, focus on the present - wake up early (not too early) everyday, more day = more productivity - go to sleep early (at around 8/9) - take cold showers sometimes, it boosts ur alertness, focus, will power and releases more endorphins - read self improvement books daily, especially before bed, it relaxes ur mind and helps u sleep - write down what u want to achieve 10 times, then say the sentence 5 times AND BELIEVE IT. say it in a mirror. shout it. underline it until u believe it, it WILL come true if u believe so! say i wanted to be taller, I would write that 10x and say it 5x until I convinced myself.
