Old Lift | Modernized by Crest Lifts @ 13 Holderness Road, ScratchCentral This lift was very smooth 1950s lift, however, it was modernized due to being in a fairly busy location so it could be capable of lifting many people at once during the rush hours. This mod was very similar to a 90s Schindler in Bromley Glades (I went there last weekend! HEHE!) with Ziehl Abegg (Zeta) with Digital Advanced logic. However, it has a Stentorgate MFDU50-2 indicator which was taken from another lift which is being modernized with Lester Controls, the inside buttons are still the same as the call buttons, the door mechanism has not been changed, and it still has the original motor. But, the efficiency levels have gone down. This used to have proper instant startup, and full efficient semi-intelligent levelling and pre-doors. But all those nice features have been taken out, although it only wastes a few seconds levelling at a really slow speed.
