/!\ disclaimer /!\ - this routine is specifically targeted at weekends or days with no school/work. - this routine won’t work for everyone, don’t feel the need to follow this step-by-step, feel free to change some parts - this is just something I follow daily and works for me, if it doesn’t work for u, DONT force urself to follow this, it’s bad 4 ur mental health :(( # pick 3 tasks today ;; - facetime/call a friend - take a bath - read a book - tidy ur room - do a face mask - go for a walk/run — — — MORNING - 8am - wake up, have a glass of water, think about ur goals - 8:10am - make bed - 8:15am - quick shower, no hair wash needed - 8:30am - skincare, wash ur face with cold water first - 8:35am - get dressed - 8:40am - hair and/or makeup - 9:00am - brush teeth - 9:05am - healthy breakfast, put time in making it too - 9:15am - task 1 (the first task u chose on the list) — — — AFTERNOON - 3:30pm - task 2 (the second task u chose on the list) - 4:10pm - watch tv/go on ur phone (screen time) - 5:00pm - have dinner (early dinner means ur stomach can digest it better unlike eating dinner before bed) - 5:30pm - homework/studying - 6:00pm - task 3 (the third task u chose on the list) - 6:40pm - spend time with ur family - 8:00pm - do yoga, meditate, bathroom stuff - 8:30/9:00pm - sleep
