Feel free to use the code i edited, anyways, I wasn't bothered to explain how it all works in a comment. This was actually really easy to do and didnt take too long, but what i did was making a "Bosses Defeated" variable and made it so each projectile had a "when cloned" script with a block that waits until the bosses defeated raises another level, then what it does is deletes itself. Very simple, also fixed where the rockets that follow you from a random position dont just disappear (most of the time) when they start moving towards the player.
