Use the Stretch slider to choose how many times each line is repeated, The Line slider will choose which lines will be stretched (i.e. every 2nd line, every 3rd line) The Skew slider will skew the Image left and right
Sprite of Sonic the Hedgehog by SEGA I decided to see if I could figure out how to stretch a Sprite along one axis, since Scratch's built in size does it along both axis, I eventually figured it out but it requires you to manually take a sprite and turn it into 1 pixel high strips, but I'm really happy with the result! I ended up throwing skewing in there as an added bonus
