RA:Starlight has been cancelled in favor of a N64 style game featuring Robin alone (just called starlight) that would eventually come to exist. In other words, this idea will be revisioned in the future. Final Delta - SOUL would be the True Final Boss of Random's Adventure's DLC, Starlight. He would be only accessible if you beat Final Delta on the hardest difficulty (Nightmare) and unlock the Starlight Gauntlets. You fight him as a phase 3 of the Final Delta fight and also get the true ending of the DLC. Once I come up with a design for the Starlight Gauntlets I will add them onto Robin.
