This was the first thing that came to mind when I heard "Stellar." Just a whole night sky full of stars. Then I was told to do the opposite, so oof on me, but I survived. This isn't really 'stellar' work.
Just as a note, for the top to make sense, you need to see the two @NVERSE projects. Also, this was fully done within the Scratch editor, and my first real attempt at graphic design. Oh, and I edited it 2 hours after the deadline!
