The doctor child will talk about his drone, and then when some viruses attacks the mountain that's in a remote area, the doctor sends his drone and you have to control the drone. Press key space to to send the medicine. You need to give a house 3 medicines. Then there will be the virus king (who spawns the virus) and you need to click it. When you click it the medicine will run to the virus king and kill it. But remember, the virus king is moving!
