Welcome to Danmaku Simulator Engine. As you can tell, it's a danmaku game, but it's mostly empty. You can fix that! This is a (mostly) reliable engine for making stages wherein you dodge bullets. Simply edit the "Danmaku" sprite as you please. All explanations are in said sprite. Have fun with the engine!
