Hi, this is my Asteroid impact portfolio item for science unit 2. Press the green flag 2 times to start. After that read below: I believe that if a giant asteroid struck the moon, first of all, it would break of at LEAST a quarter of the moon, and also knock the moon back, out of orbit, causing it to no longer orbit earth the right way. I think this would effect the moon's phases because a full moon would now look like either a waxing crescent or a first quarter moon. I included the moon view with the alien to show what it would look like from the moon. I included Lime the alien because I strongly believe there's life in the universe. Then read below: I believe that if a giant asteroid struck the earth, knocking the axis, it would effect the seasons by suddenly changing the season. I also think that this would create many natural disasters, the most experienced ever. The sudden change in season would be sure to cause some large earthquakes all around the world. Plus, a hit from an asteroid big enough to change earth's axis it would more then likely knock the earth backwards a fair amount, maybe even into mars' orbit. This could be a huge disaster. If earth was knocked into mars' orbit that would make it probable that mars and earth could collide. If earth and mars were to collide a large portion of earth would be destroyed, and tons of people along with it. Click for a little Halloween surprise ☠
