You can make warnings yourself.It can be a tornado, hurricane, tsunami, chemical/disease breakout, civil defense emergency, winter storm, severe T storm, or other emergency. You can see inside and change it to the 2nd option. It may be hard to understand the speech, it was the only text-to-speech thing that worked.
