She was breathing heavily. "You're starting to see stuff! It's alright, dear! Relax!", Amna's mother tried to calm her as Amna hugged her mother tightly. Amna's mother didn't believe her story. ⭐⭐⭐ "Mom, why do we have to move? I love my home, my city, my friends!", Amna asked her mother curiously. She was upset. "We can't live here any longer.", Amna's mother said as she cleaned everything up and packed their stuff. "But why?", Amna didn't understand what her mom meant. Her mom didn't know what to tell her, so she looked at Amna with a smile, and told her, "Everything will be okay, dear!" Amna carelessly said, "Okay" and walked outside. Amna never even imagined she'd have to leave her home, her friends, her city! And now she was used to hearing stuff like, "It'll be okay", "Don't worry" and "Things will get better". She just wanted all of this to be over! ⭐⭐⭐ "We're here!", said Amna's father. "What is this place?", Amna asked. "The White City, well, it is still not much of a city!" her mom chuckled. Amna stared at the huge white mansion in horror as she got out of the car. It seemed so spooky. She felt the presence of ghosts or some kind of spirit, around her. She was a lot braver than our normal 14-year-old kids! It was almost midnight. She took a few of her important things and decided to look around the house. One of the rooms on the top portion seemed a little less spooky to her. She entered the room and placed her stuff in the cupboard. She took her diary and pen out and decided to write all that happened that day in her diary. She wanted to keep the lights turned off, so she opened the window. The study table was right next to the window. It started to rain, and the weather slowly got a lot worse. It rained with thunderstorms, with lightning crackling and strong winds moving around. "As I'm writing this, I feel like winds, they're talking to me, trying to tell me something. I wonder what rumors of this city the winds may be whispering to me!" She felt the presence of someone near her. As soon as she got her eyes off of her diary, she saw something in the window. It was something white, but so blurry that she couldn't tell what it was. ╰┈➤ project ┊ credits music :: gone - rosé novelette :: mysteries of the white island author :: me ()
