She didn't want to tell her mom. She tried to fall asleep as her mind was full of ridiculous thoughts. ⭐⭐⭐ "Sarah! You're the best friend I could ever have!", They both hugged each other tightly. They both smiled. "I have to tell you something. Please believe me!", Amna said worriedly. She told Sarah everything. "You believe me, right?", Amna asked hopefully. "Of course I do!", Sarah assured her. "I'll visit your house tomorrow and talk to your mom!" "Please, no!", Amna knew her mom was not gonna believe her. ⭐⭐⭐ Someone was knocking the door vigorously. "Who is it?", Amna asked outloud. "It's me, Sarah!" Amna opened the door and hugged her. "Wait here!", Amna told Sarah. She ran to her room and worriedly sat down. She wasn't sure if she should trust Sarah or not. Suddenly, the door slammed and the lights turned off. As usual, strong wind started blowing in from the window. Amna didn't even care about what was going on. A beam of light flashed in the window. "Amna, what the heck is going on in here?", Sarah opened the door and was shocked at the weird things going on in Amna's room. The light in the window was gone. She put her hand on her face and slowly started crying. "Amna... Amna, I'm... I'm so sorry, Amna!", she burst into tears as she said that. Amna hugged Sarah tightly. Tears went down from her eyes. "Why are you crying?", Amna whispered. "I'm so sorry, I didn't believe you at first. When I was sitting in the living room, I thought I should just leave and never talk to you again, but I had a second thought and I decided to ask your mom where your room was. I opened the door, and the sight sent a chill down my spine.", She tried to stop her tears, but in vain. "I know you won't trust me again. I broke your trust. Please forgive me. I didn't know you how scary it would've been for you." "No, no, why would you think that I wouldn't forgive you. You are my best friend, and forever will be. And, I trust you!", Amna smiled and wiped her friend's tears. Sarah hugged Amna even tighter, and their friendship grew stronger. They both wiped their tears. "I might be able to help you, but first, you should know the history and the stories that surround White City.", Sarah told Amna. ╰┈➤ project ┊ credits music :: we don't talk anymore - charlie puth, selena gomez, jungkook, jimin novelette :: mysteries of the white island author :: me ()
