Pep talks- scroll until you find your mentalilness or your current feel. I’ll help you. Anxiety (woryying)- Anxiety hurts. It makes you worry, it hurts. But you know what? You can stop. When your anxiety acts up, just know, that there are people you can talk to, people who understand and can help. Or, if you want, you can ask a friend, or even, i’ll make this a place to dump your thoughts. You can come to me, a friend, but please go to a trusted adult. I just want you to feel happy. Social anxiety- Okay. Yes, anxiety and social anxiety are different things. For one, i have social anxiety, it’s very common. So, i get it. people can put you down. but don't let them, okay? put your worries in the comments or start talking to your school counselor or therapist. even try talking to a stuffed animal, it helps! depression- common. oh so very common. but guess what? not common at all! all depression is different. as is anxiety. and everything else. ;u; anyway, please. don't bottle yourself up. we are here for you. we all are. so go talk. to yourself, to an adult, to a friend. just don't make it hate. I WILL JUMP THROUGH THIS SCREEN IF YOU TALK ABOIUT YOURSELF IN A BAD WAY EVER AGAIN AND MAKE YOU HAPPY- Anxoria- okay. eating disorders- i don't know much about them, but i have some insight. i know it feels like your fat, and when you tell you're friends you think you're fat, they all go, "no, i'm fat! you're skinny!" and no one likes that. but you are beautiful. it might not seem like i mean it, but i do. i really do. please, eat something. don't eat too much, but please don't hurt others by hurting yourself. all you're doing is making yourself hurt, and, if you think you're too fat ands that's why you don't have friends, the reason is probobly becuase of how skinny you are. you are beautiful, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. -Bulimea. STOP! geeze, don't stuff yourself then throw it all up. heck, this may be worse than anxoria. no one may know about your disorder, but.. please, be kind to yourself. you are beautiful!
