- work for 25 mins, then have a break for 5 minutes. repeat it 4x and then have a longer break - don’t tell urself u won’t pass and exam/test bc ur subconscious mind will believe it and you’ll fail:(( instead, tell urself u WILL pass until u absolutely believe it ^^ when I have an exam coming, I change my passwords on everything into something like ‘I have passed my exams’ :)) just remember to put it in past tense, not future tense (like don’t use ‘I will’) - get books that will help u from the library !! I always use this tip, and it’s very useful:)) - watch yt videos for help - khan academy helps alott - need to memorise something? read it 10 times, say it aloud 10 times, then write it twice - if ur going to write aesthetic or pretty notes, don’t focus on making it look pretty, or the actual work won’t be done - 3 hours studying > 8 hours studying - study in a library, or a cafe !! - I suggest u write neat notes (with highlighters, fineliners + sticky notes) so ur more motivated to study - don’t study at night, ur brain will only be working 20% of the time - walk for at least 20 minutes before an exam/studying, it boosts ur brain power and memory - if u have an exam the next day, go to sleep early, and wake up at 4-6am, this is when ur brain function is at 100%
