So, you know how scratch has the move () steps block. If you don't you should go check. Well, it basically makes you move in a straight line whichever direction you're facing. That's pretty useful. Well, it's useful if you want to make a game that isn't scrolling. If you do want to make a game that's scrolling, you'll have to use variables. Variables do not have a move () steps block. Sad. Which is why, with the help of my big brain, made a script that basically functions as a move () steps block, except with variables! So now you can officially make a game that can scroll into the direction you're facing. Yay! It may be a lot more complicated than it has to be, I don't know, I don't really care. I made that script a few months ago. You can use it if you want with credit and all that stuff. Here are the instructions. -Click to move your spaceship. -Do not crash into walls or asteroids. You may die randomly sometimes. I hope not. -Z to shoot -There are 25 asteroids scattered around the galaxy. Find them and shoot them. -There is also a compass. Click it to open it. It will always point to your starting position, so you don't get lost - Also, don't fly too far away. You'll know what too far away is when you see it. - You can also see your MPH on the bottom left. I put it there just because it's cool. - Love the project. - Also favorite the project. - After that follow me. There isn't much to the game. It is very boring and your will probably not finish it. It is mostly about the script because the script is so amazing and cool, and everyone likes it.
