To the west the mountains rise, covered in trees, and to the east the ground drops to rocky cliffs that lead to CreekClan. To the south runs the river. There are some trees scattered around the territory, especially near the edges, but it's mostly rocky and grassy hills. Cats are warned not to go near the mountains because of avalanches and hawks. BloomClan-specific Wildlife » BloomClan cats hunt a lot of mice and rabbits. They see the occasional squirrel as well. Some of the things they have to watch out for are hawks from the mountains and, occasionally, the terrifying presence of wolves. Customs » Same as the original Clans. However, BloomClan cats wear a lot of flowers in their pelts for Clan spirit, and often flowers are given as gifts. As such, many BloomClan cats are named after plants! ◈ CreekClan ◈ Leader » Rockfallstar Deputy » Medics » Total cats » 1 Territory » CreekClan lives in the lowlands below the cliffs. Here the river runs into their territory, and since it's full of cliffs, there are lots of waterfalls. To the west lies BloomClan, and the east breaks into jagged and violent cliffs riddled with waterfalls. To the south the river widens into a creek. CreekClan-specific Wildlife » CreekClan see a lot of waterfowl and frogs. They also do a bit of fishing, but there aren't many big fish in the creek. They see quite a lot of turtles, which they generally leave alone. Customs » CreekClan has its own version of the Warrior Code, as detailed in the CreekClan project. They also have one day in the first new moon of leaf-fall where cats each put a leaf in the river and have a leaf race! It's a little way for the cats to relax and have fun. ◈ Other Info ◈ Rogues and Loners » It's a rough place for cats outside the Clans to live because the Clans have taken up a lot of non-cliff territory, but some crafty loners have figured out how to survive. Deer » Deer are revered in the Clans - with branches on their heads and rocks for feet, these creatures seem one with nature. Plus they work in groups like cats, which leads many to believe they are quite intelligent creatures. Often cats gather to watch deer migrate. Some even believe deer go to StarClan, and many view them as spiritual symbols. (As a fun bonus, kits often play 'the deer game', which involves balancing on four rocks as long as you can with a twig on your head.) Coyotes » Coyotes are a big problem in the Clans. They're crafty, they hunt in packs, and unlike foxes and badgers, they're big and brave enough to pick a fight with a cat. (Foxes are not much bigger than cats and are omnivorous, guys! They're not a very realistic enemy!) Coyote sightings can have the whole Clan quarantined in camp. Geese » In leaf-fall, geese are scary. They're big, mean, and spunky, and cats are urged to stay away from them. While they won't usually kill a cat, they can give you some nasty injuries if you're not careful. ◈ Ages ◈ 0-6 » Kit 6-13 » Apprentice 13-100 » Warrior 20-80 » Eligible for deputy 18-80 » Kit-able 80-120 » Elder ◈ Additional Rank ◈ » There will be two cats from each Clan positioned at the Mooncliff, because it's also a Gatheringplace. These cats are called Moonguards and are tasked with making sure that nobody touches the Cliff Face at a Gathering. They are also currently prohibited from meeting with StarClan (though many BloomClan cats would be willing to fight to change this rule).
