So it's stuck inflicting constant pa1n on itself. It is like a kind of "only v1ol3nc3" copycat. If you befriend the creature, it will turn into a normal human and therefore loses its immortality. It tends to spy on humans, watching their movements. Kind of like a sort of stalker. The eyes on its body represent that.
