Scratch is becoming a toxic environment. I know a lot of people are saying this, especially the exaggerated "blacked-out profile picture I'm leaving" Scratchers, but by now I'm pretty tired of it. I feel like Scratch is becoming too much of a social media rather than a place where young coders can learn more about programming. First of all, stealing art (or anything, really) from other people is illegal. Yeah, really, actually, that's true. I try to believe Scratch is more full of coders than criminals. Secondly, I'm surprised they don't show remorse. I think I would regret it if I stole something, but I guess I probably don't have the same mindset as them anyway. Thirdly, it can come from anyone. @Kmggg, for example, who I thought was my all-life inspiration. I fainted whenever she replied to a comment. But I guess anyone can steal art, whether they act kind on the outside or not. (She's stealing art from "PrettyGrafik" on the internet.) The most ironic thing is that she sometimes states she’s "angry" because of the people who steal her art on Scratch. I really want to go up to her in real life and say "That’s probably how PrettyGrafik would feel if they found out what you are doing and getting away with". I'm really upset. Can't Scratch be clean from criminal acts and just be a sharing community?
