I tried a new art style drawing this. This is Maddou Isuparā, meaning “Mad Whisperer” in Japanese. Name: Maddou Isuparā Age: 26 Gender: Male Hair Color: Black Eye Color: Purple Quirk: Whisper. Maddou can, with the snap of his finger, cause whispers of the dead close to the victim to swarm them. It’s especially effective on murderers, as there are many angry ghosts surrounding their killer. Maddou is an Anti-Villain, but definitely no hero. He’s a Nomu, his base-quirk being Whisper, but he also has Harden, Transform, and a few unnecessary ones that I am too lazy to think of.
